E-commerce

The checkout is where the money leaks

An e-commerce business spends heavily to get a customer to the payment page. Losing them there to an issuer timeout is the most expensive failure in the funnel, and the easiest one to stop measuring.

The problem

What breaks in e-commerce

Failed payments read as lost sales

A declined transaction rarely gets retried by the customer. They leave, and the acquisition cost goes with them.

Method sprawl

Cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI and COD each settle differently, and reconciling them means five reports that never quite agree.

Refund volume

Returns are structural in retail. Refunds have to be fast and traceable or they become support tickets.

Peak-day concurrency

Sale events concentrate a month of transactions into hours, which is exactly when an acquirer is most likely to degrade.

What we do

How this is handled

Smart routing on every transaction

Recoverable failures are retried through an alternate acquirer before the customer sees an error.

One reconciliation view

Every method lands in one ledger with a consistent record shape and export.

Fast refunds to source

Refunds go back to the original instrument with a trackable status, so support can answer "where is my money" without guessing.

Payment links for off-site sales

Sell over WhatsApp or a phone call without building a second checkout.

Questions

E-commerce, answered

Can I use this with Shopify or WooCommerce?

Yes, through a plugin or a direct API integration. Which is better depends on how much control you want over the checkout — tell us your platform and we will say which route is less work.

How are COD remittances handled?

Cash collected by your logistics partner is remitted to you separately from card and UPI settlements. Virtual accounts make that inbound remittance attributable per partner rather than arriving as an unlabelled lump.

What happens during a sale event?

Tell us the window and the expected volume in advance. Routing weighting and limits are reviewed before the event rather than during it.

Tell us what you move, and we will quote it

Your volume, category, payment methods and settlement cycle. Four answers and you have a rate.
