Pricing
We quote a rate. We don't publish a tier.
Published pricing tables in this industry are close to fiction — everyone negotiates, and the number on the page is rarely the number on the contract. Four inputs decide your rate, and we would rather tell you what they are.
Your quote
Four inputs, one rate
- Monthly volume
- Business category
- Payment methods
- Settlement cycle
Answer those four and a rate comes back — not a callback to arrange a call.
How it's set
What actually determines your rate
Monthly volume
The single biggest lever. Rates move with what you actually process, not with what you project in a pitch deck.
Business category
Risk profile differs sharply between, say, SaaS and travel. Category sets the floor on what any provider can offer you.
Payment methods
UPI, cards and net banking carry different underlying costs. Enable what your customers use, pay for that.
Settlement cycle
Faster settlement costs more, because someone is carrying the float. Standard cycles cost less.

When you shouldn't use us
If you take a handful of payments a month, use a payment link from whoever is quickest to sign up with. You will not process enough for a negotiated rate to beat a standard one, and you will not need reconciliation tooling to match twelve transactions.
If you only ever collect and never pay out, you are buying a third of what this platform does. A pure gateway will serve you at a similar rate with less to learn.
Where this earns its keep is volume in both directions — money arriving from many payers and leaving to many recipients, with someone in finance currently matching the two by hand.
Questions
Pricing, answered
Why not publish a rate card?
Because nobody in this industry pays the published rate. Volume, category and risk all move the number, and a table that everyone negotiates away from just costs both of us a meeting.
What do you need from me to quote?
Four things: approximate monthly volume, your business category, the payment methods you need, and how fast you want settling. That is enough to come back with a rate rather than a discovery call.
Are there setup or onboarding fees?
Not on standard plans. Where a custom integration or a bespoke setup is involved, any fee is agreed in writing before work starts and is stated in your merchant agreement.
Will my rate change later?
It can be revised on prior written notice — for example if your volume or category changes materially. If you do not accept a revision you can terminate before it takes effect.
