Logistics
Money comes in from partners and goes out to partners
Logistics runs both directions at once. COD cash flows up from delivery partners and franchisees, and settlements flow back down to them. Both sides are many-to-one, and both are usually reconciled by hand.
The problem
What breaks in logistics
COD attribution
Remittances arrive from many partners and have to be matched to consignments and to partners.
Partner settlement volume
Delivery partners and franchisees are paid frequently and in large numbers.
Deduction reconciliation
Commissions, penalties and adjustments net off against settlements and need to be traceable.
Frequent bank detail changes
A high-churn partner base means bank details change constantly and validation matters.
What we do
How this is handled
A virtual account per partner
COD remittance arrives attributed to the partner who sent it.
Bulk partner payouts
Settle to thousands of partners by file or API, with per-recipient status.
Validation before money moves
Account and IFSC validated up front, so changed details fail at upload not at the bank.
Reversal handling
Returned payouts surface as a distinct status with a reason, not an unexplained credit.
Questions
Logistics, answered
How does COD remittance attribution work?
Each partner gets their own virtual account number. When they remit, the credit is attributed to them by destination rather than by whatever reference they typed.
Can I net deductions off a partner settlement?
You calculate the net amount and submit it. The record shows what was paid to whom, which keeps the payout ledger clean and leaves the commercial logic in your system where it belongs.
What happens when a partner changes their bank account?
Validation runs before the batch executes, so a stale or invalid account fails at upload with a flagged row rather than being rejected by the bank days later.

The pattern repeats across categories. TrustPay handles the same problem in different shapes.
