Healthcare

Payment should be the least stressful part of the visit

Healthcare collection happens at a counter, on a phone call, through an app and sometimes after discharge. The common requirement is that it works first time, because a failed payment at a hospital counter is a queue.

The problem

What breaks in healthcare

Multiple collection points

Reception, pharmacy, diagnostics and online each collect, and each needs to reconcile.

Variable amounts

Final billing often differs from the estimate, so fixed payment pages do not fit.

Cancellations and refunds

Appointments cancel, procedures get rescheduled, and refunds need to be quick.

Multi-branch reporting

Each location wants its own numbers while finance wants the consolidated view.

What we do

How this is handled

Static QR at every counter

A permanent code per counter, with collection attributed to that counter.

Dynamic QR and links for variable bills

Generate a code or link for the actual amount at the point of billing.

Per-branch virtual accounts

Branch-level attribution that still consolidates for finance.

Fast refunds to source

Cancelled appointments refunded to the original instrument with a trackable status.

Questions

Healthcare, answered

Can each branch see only its own collections?

Yes. Dashboard access is role-based and reporting can be scoped per branch, with a consolidated view for finance.

Do you support counter QR codes?

Yes — static QR for a fixed counter, or dynamic QR generated for the exact bill amount. Dynamic removes the "did they pay the right amount" check.

Are you compliant for handling patient payment data?

We hold PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 27001 and we tokenise card data. Patient clinical records are not something we receive or store — we handle the payment, not the medical record.
